Who we are

Nexromis is a trading name of Endromis Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 14492030), 1 Kings Avenue, London N21 3NA. Endromis Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: hello@nexromis.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, work email, the areas you select and your message. We also record the date, the page you sent it from and the country your connection came from.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Access is limited to the people who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@nexromis.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The admin area uses a single sign-in cookie for site editors only.
